Description

AmySystem high quality high performance instrumentation needle valves have been well accepted and widely used in a variety of industries for many years. Packing adjustment may be required during the service life of the valve.

For better quality maintenance, AmySystem needle valves should be kept in half open position in warehouse. Valves that have not been cycled for a period of time may have a higher initial actuation torque. Seven different types of valve constructions are for options. In compliance with NACE MR0175 is available. Maximum working pressure up to 690 bar (10,000 psig). High temperature resistant sealing materials for thermal service up to 649°C (1200°F). Variety of end connection types available: female/male NPT, BSPT, BSPP, female/male metric thread, fractional/metric double ferrul tube fitting compression fitting, tube butt weld, tube socket weld, pipe butt weld, pipe socket weld, metal gasket face seal fitting.
