DESCRIPTION

AmsSystem regulators high-purity design features tied poppet for positive shutoff and metal-to-metal seal to atmosphere and 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel body internally electropolished and finished to 5 µin. (0.13 µm) Ra. The high purity pressure regulators are with special cleaning and packaging, applicable to oxygen-enriched environments and ultrahigh-purity applications. Variety of end connection types available: male MR fitting, female MR fitting, (swivel) rotatable male MR fitting, tube butt weld, internal female metal face seal fitting.
